<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: SimSun; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">一、在岗职工夏季高温津贴标准为：室外作业和高温作业人员每人每月１５０元，非高温作业人员每人每月１００元。经济欠发达地区确需降低标准的，可由地级市人民政府在下浮２０％的范围内确定，并报省<A onclick="javascript:tagshow(event, '%C0%CD%B6%AF%B1%A3%D5%CF');" href="javascript:;" target=_self><U><STRONG><FONT color=#000000>劳动保障</FONT></STRONG></U></A>厅备案。高温津贴标准在每年６月、７月、８月、９月、１０月发放，在企业成本费列支。</SPAN><SPAN lang=EN-US></SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: SimSun; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">用人单位在其他时间安排劳动者从事高温工作的，除应按<A onclick="javascript:tagshow(event, '%D0%D0%D2%B5');" href="javascript:;" target=_self><U><STRONG><FONT color=#000000>行业</FONT></STRONG></U></A>规定向劳动者提供劳动保护用品外，也应不低于上述标准向劳动者发放高温津贴。</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: SimSun; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">二、用人单位<SPAN class=GramE>在岗且</SPAN>提供正常劳动的职工列入发放范围。职工未正常出勤的，用人单位可按其实际出勤且提供正常劳动的天数折算发放。</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: SimSun; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">三、每年６月至１０月期间，用人单位应视高温天气情况向职工免费供应符合卫生标准的清凉饮料。</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: SimSun; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">四、用人单位在高温天气期间，应根据生产特点和具体条件，合理安排职工工作和休息，适当增加高温、露天作业人员的休息时间和减轻劳动强度，避开高温时段作业，严格控制加班加点，确保职工身体健康和生命安全。</SPAN></P>
<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN lang=EN-US><SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: SimSun; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'">五、各级劳动保障、卫生、安全生产等部门和工会组织要引导和督促企业按照国家<A onclick="javascript:tagshow(event, '%B7%A8%C2%C9');" href="javascript:;" target=_self><U><STRONG><FONT color=#000000>法律</FONT></STRONG></U></A><A onclick="javascript:tagshow(event, '%B7%A8%B9%E6');" href="javascript:;" target=_self><U><STRONG><FONT color=#000000>法规</FONT></STRONG></U></A>制定和落实夏季工作场所防暑降温各项措施，建立健全劳动安全卫生制度，确保<SPAN class=GramE>夏季企业</SPAN>生产经营正常进行。要加强对高温、高湿作业和夏季露天作业场所的用人单位遵守劳动保障法律法规情况的监督检查，重点检查职工工作时间、休假时间、<A onclick="javascript:tagshow(event, '%B9%A4%D7%CA');" href="javascript:;" target=_self><U><STRONG><FONT color=#000000>工资</FONT></STRONG></U></A>支付、女职工和未成年工的劳动保护等情况，严厉查处违法行为，保障劳动者的合法权益和身心健康。</SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: SimSun; mso-ascii-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-hansi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'"><FONT face=Helvetica></FONT></SPAN> </P> 上海的规定还是很细致的，“明确在日最高气温达到35℃以上露天工作，以及不能采取有效措施将工作场所温度降低到33℃以下（不含33℃）的，应当向劳动者支付每天不低于10元的高温季节津贴” 我们发4个月防暑降温费，每个月150元，4个月合计600元。另外，再发部分防暑降温物品，如王老吉饮料，板蓝根，菊花茶等等 哦，还有这福利呢。老板就剥削压迫了什么也没有 同上，可怜那~~~
