</span> 内耗,狭义上称为<span lang="EN-US">“</span>窝里斗<span lang="EN-US">”</span>,是人类社会内部存在的一种现象。内耗不仅耗费了许许多多企业的资源能量,也耗费了决策者与执行者太多的精力。企业决策层如果各持己见、互不让步,只会使企业运转效率不断下降、整体效益受到巨大损害。</span>
