<P>蓝海战略给我们企业摆脱价格战提供了新的战略逻辑:价值创新;一些新的工具,如价值曲线。但是蓝海战略有“七宗罪”: <BR><BR>  第一宗罪:价值创新路径的不完整 </P>
<P><BR>  价格战是红海。但是摆脱价格战进入蓝海有什么路径?蓝海战略没有说明。根据其案例分析,我们可以归纳为两种,一种是行业内部创新,一种是行业间创新。但是缺少了一种路径,那就是行业外创新。很多人以为它说的是行业外创新,这是不符合其逻辑的。它的价值曲线可以证明这点。价值曲线是建立在现有行业的关键成功因素而来的,而没有考虑到行业外创新的可能性。 </P>
<P><BR>  第二宗罪:价值曲线的问题 </P>
<P><BR>  价值曲线不是新的东西。稍有战略管理基础的人都知道行业成功关键因素。某种意义上,价值曲线是行业成功关键因素的翻版。最重要的是它无法适用于新开创的行业,因为新开创的行业根本无法找出现有的行业成功关键因素,比如腾讯QQ。 </P>
<P><BR>  第三宗罪:价值创新概念问题 </P>
<P><BR>  在蓝海战略该书中,作者将价值创新定义为买方价值与成本的差额。这是对价值概念的误解。“价格是客户付出多少,价值是客户得到多少”,这是股神巴菲特的定义,却揭示了价值就是客户价值利益点或其组合。价值是针对客户而言的。任何企业的产品或服务有没有价值都以客户的价格来表现出来,这就是马克思主义所表述的:价格是价值的表现形式。正因为如此,廖晓认为,价值创新应该是价值利益点的排列组合。不同排列组合就是不同的价值创新,也就是企业的任何行为所带来客户价值利益点不同就意味着价值创新。比如西南航空公司通过降低客户消费、增加支线航班等措施,与其他航空公司的客户价值点排列组合就明显不同了,这就是价值创新。我们经常说,谁对你有价值,就是说他对你是否能带来利益点或组合。当然这个利益点不仅仅是金钱,还包括精神层面等。 </P>
<P><BR>  第四宗罪:价值创新的源泉问题 </P>
<P><BR>  价值创新不是无源之水。价值创新来自哪里?按照书上所说,是通过集体讨论、通过专家讨论。这些都是偏颇的。价值的定义已经告诉了我们:客户是价值创新的源泉。只有从客户价值利益点分析,我们才可以得到新的价值创新灵感。即使是新的行业,也不例外。因为那是基于客户潜在的价值利益点分析基础上的,否则客户利益点不在,客户肯定不愿意支付钱来购买你的产品或服务。 </P>
<P><BR>  第五宗罪:价值创新与市场结构关系 </P>
<P><BR>  蓝海战略没有揭示什么时候应该进行价值创新,也没有阐述市场结构与价值创新的关系,更没有阐述不同市场结构下需要不同的战略选择。这是一种理论缺陷。 </P>

<P><BR>  蓝海战略的最迷人之处就是在最适当的时机(价格战不断)推出最迷人的理念(从红海到蓝海)。这体现了一个差异化原则。差异化一直被战略管理大师们视为瑰宝。其实差异化只是战略成功的必要条件而不是充要条件。差异化不是神话,大多数的差异化都是可以很快复制的,也就是说差异化只可以带来短暂的竞争优势,而不是长期竞争优势的关键。根据经济学理论,只要供给不断增加,市场的垄断利润甚至正常利润都无法保持。中国大多数行业处于完全竞争市场格局(很多人争论这是理想模型,却忽视了中国消费二元结构和假冒伪劣导致大家将产品差异化视为零)。如果采取差异化战略,很快就有人模仿,或盗版,就像目前微软刚推出的VISTA就被盗版一样。根据波特理论,供应商、购买者、潜在进入者、替代品和现有竞争者是决定市场竞争结构的五种力量。我们假设其他力量不变,只考虑潜在进入者的因素。我们可以发现:如何阻止潜在进入者进入市场分蛋糕才是企业保持竞争优势的关键。腾讯开拓了一个新市场,马上会有其他公司进入跟其抢市场,比如MSN、SKYPE等。廖晓认为,差异化和进入壁垒的结合才是战略成功的精髓所在,否则差异化只是一个神话! </P>
<P><BR>  第七宗罪:逻辑混乱 </P>
<P><BR>  蓝海战略只是一个很好的理念,却保持管理学一贯的恶习:无法提供完整的逻辑体系。它没有提供什么时候该加入新蓝海、也就是蓝海战略的时机选择问题,没有提供价值创新的路径包括哪些,也没有提供价值创新的源泉是什么,更没有揭示价值诉求和价值实现之间关系。 </P>
<P><BR>  蓝海战略提供了新的伟大的理念,这是其成功之处,其关于行业外和行业间创新的价值曲线也是有效咨询工具。但是蓝海战略不是一个严谨的理论体系,有七宗罪。廖晓倡导的新结构主义理论将弥补这些缺陷,可以在蓝海战略的“道”下,提供了更佳的“术”和“器”,为蓝海战略提供了更多更好的补充和完善,是蓝海战略的升级。</P>
