零售企业员工考核方式请教
我在一家家电零售企业工作，最近领导布置一项工作，要求对我司营业员进行科学的销售考核。现在问题是：
工厂有销售代表在我司现场销售，我司营业员也在现场销售，在这种情况下，每月利用营业员工号从系统中统计出来的该员工的销售数据中有很大一部分是工厂销售人员利用营业员的工号开出来的，由于工厂促销员执行所属工厂的促销政策，其工资也由工厂发放，因此无法杜绝这种所谓的窜开票现象，也就无法对营业员进行准确的销售考核。请问各位前辈是否有好的建议？
